A community convening and celebration to benefit AAPI Women Lead programs. This is our 8th ImReady conference, and this year we are centering relentless ANHPI women and gender-expansive culture shifters and power builders.
AAPI Women Lead’s ImReady Conference is returning to Oakland! We’re excited to host our national event at the Oakland Asian Cultural Center on Saturday, October 10th from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
This year, we’re centering ANHPI women and gender-expansive culture shifters and power builders. And we’re staying true to our beliefs. Whether you’re a longtime supporter or a first-time attendee, we want you, community, to join us in building, creating, and inspiring a society fit for our aspirations, pursuits, and dreams.

AAPI Women Lead’s conference is a groundbreaking convening of world-renowned leaders, artists, and icons. Returning to the Oakland Asian Cultural Center on Saturday, October 10th, this day-long event amplifies our communities’ stories and power through signature healing and wellness offerings and compelling discussions with leading ANHPI cultural icons, thought leaders, influencers, and industry experts. Attendees will also enjoy wellness activities, community connection, and a delicious lunch catered by the Bay Area’s top culinary chefs.
About AAPI Women Lead
AAPI Women Lead is a queer, feminist, survivor-led, and former sex-worker-led community-based intergenerational organization that works to end violence against Asian, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (ANHPI) women, girls, and non-binary communities. Our organization is led by ANHPI women, girls, and non-binary communities in solidarity with Black, Indigenous, and other communities of color. AAPI Women Lead is one of the leading organizations working to end gender-based violence through education, research, media, and healing and wellness programs.
